What is Tech Residency

Tech Residency is an 8-week, sprint-based program where top graduates (software engineering, data analytics, cybersecurity, QA) work in agile teams on real-world projects — yours. It’s like having a ready-made innovation pod, mentored and guided, delivering real outcomes while sharpening their skills.
